Ggaba School Horror: Muhoozi Demands Death Sentence for Suspect Who Killed Four Children Aged 2–3, Aber Lillian In Support

Kampala, Uganda – The brutal stabbing of four young children at a school in Kampala’s Makindye Division has sent shockwaves across the nation, drawing fierce reactions from top government figures, including Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba and activist Aber Lillian.

What Happened

A 34-year-old suspect allegedly posed as a parent to gain entry to the Ggaba Early Childhood Development Programme School. After briefly speaking with the administrator, he attacked A Young learners, killing four children:

· One girl and three boys

· All aged between 2 and 3 years old

· Victims identified: Oke Rayan (1½), Gideon (2½), Quesa Alongat (2), Ignashia Sriang (2½)

Police confirmed there were 14 juveniles at the school. Ten were safely handed over to their parents, while the four victims’ bodies were taken to the city mortuary for postmortem.

Suspect Apprehended

Uganda Police Force announced on X that the suspect is in custody. Preliminary findings indicate he had visited the school days earlier seeking admission and even paid fees before returning to commit the attack.

Muhoozi Kainerugaba’s Statement

Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba, Senior Presidential Advisor for Special Operations, posted on X:

“The suspect in the Ggaba horrific attack against children has already been apprehended. We shall push for the death sentence for this criminal.”

Aber Lillian’s Reply

With Activist and commentator tone, Minister Aber Lillian responded sharply:

“Well done CDF! The moment that monster touched our children in Ggaba, he signed his own death warrant. No mercy, no excuses!!!”

Police Response

Police spokeswoman Racheal Kawala said angry parents at the scene attempted to lynch the suspect before officers could secure his arrest. Police chief Abas Byakagaba visited the school and urged calm while investigations continue.

Motive Unknown

Investigators remain at the scene. The motive behind the killings is still under investigation. Police have promised to release further details as the inquiry progresses.

Public Outrage

The horrific event has sparked widespread outrage and deep concern over the safety of students at early learning centers across Uganda. Social media videos showed distraught parents gathering outside the school seeking news of their children.

For now, a grieving nation waits for answers while four families mourn lives cut tragically short.
